Re: JCJ Plumbing
We rang Jeff Warren of JCJ Plumbing in April and arranged for him to call around with a view to giving us a quote for a new bathroom on the second floor of our house in Greerton. He gave us a day and time for later in the same week and was here as arranged promptly. We also rang three more plumbers to obtain quotes.
Right from the start, we were impressed by Jeff’s knowledge and experience. He was direct and up front about what he charged and how he would proceed with our job. Although our bathroom was going to be small, he understood that we wanted it to be well-finished, properly done and within our budget. He made contact the next day with a written quote that was easy to understand and was within $300 of the cheapest of our other quotes. We chose Jeff as we felt that he was someone with whom we could work easily and that we could trust him not to inflate the job, increasing the bill at the end.
Our first opinion of Jeff proved to be correct; he arrived for work on time, he worked methodically and steadily and had to be forced to stop for a tea break! When he struck a potential problem, he stopped and discussed it with us before continuing and, in some cases, suggested a cheaper or more efficient way to achieve our aims.
Jeff’s work ethic is something he takes very seriously. He knows how important it is to be reliable, prompt and professional. We were impressed by the way he respected our home and valued our input, and by how much pride he took in his work. His ‘after-sales service’ is excellent and we are extremely pleased with our bathroom. It was ready to use within a very short time and the Council Building Inspector was more than happy.
We have no hesitation at all in recommending Jeff (JCJ Plumbing) to anyone who wants a great job done for a fair price.
